We believe that financial considerations should not be an obstacle to obtaining appropriate dental care. Being sensitive to the fact that our patients have various financial obligations and needs, we provide the following payment options:
1. Citi Health Card, no interest payment plans for up to 12 months. Patients may finance 100% of their treatment with no downpayment or annual fee. Application information and assistance is available from our front office.
2. Visa or Mastercard.
3. Cash or personal check.
Payment for routine charges are expected on the day of service. Balances over 30 days due are subject to a 1.5% finance charge each month.
