Dental Fee Plan (DFP) - No initial payment - Payment plans up to 60 months with a low fixed rate - Prepayments can be made anytime without penalty - Fast, confidential service by phone, 1-888-337-4171 or online, www.feeplan.com. Good credit standing is required. 2. Easy Credit Card Payment Recurring credit card payments for 3 months-equal 1/3 of total bill for 90 days. 3. Office Payment Plan One-half of the treatment fee will be paid at the initial visit and one-half will be paid at the final visit. No monthly interest charges exist.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. Please note that balances over 30 days due with no payment plan are subject to a 1.5% finance charge every month.
